All cancellations must be intimated by email; the policy is effective from the date of receipt. A minimum cancellation charge of Rs. 1000/- applies plus respective hotel / houseboat / vehicle retention charges.
Above 30 days — 70% of the advance refunded. 29 to 8 days — 50% refunded. Less than 7 days or no show — no refund.
The booking advance / token amount is strictly non-refundable. Refunds are processed within two weeks of receiving the cancellation email.
